Falmouth Administrators and the School Board want to know what you think about
Cell phone use in Falmouth schools.
They asked us: “Are there enough concerned parents/teachers who want to make a change?”
Tell them what you think.
"My big concern is more around the fact that we spent so long in an electronic Covid world, missing out on human connection that is very much needed, and every single one of us is dealing with the negative mental health effects of it, directly or indirectly. By allowing phones to be accessible in school, we are setting it up so kids need to self-regulate their use. Adults have a hard time regulating use! The expectation that kids can resist technology is flawed.
I support a ban of all cell phones in Falmouth Schools."
